Follow these steps to permanently delete your account and all associated data from selfly.

1Sign in to your account

Go to selfly.pro/auth and sign in with the email and password (or social login) you used to create your account.

You must be logged in to access the delete account option.

2Open Settings

From the dashboard, click Settings in the sidebar, or go directly to selfly.pro/dashboard/settings.

Settings is where you manage your account preferences.

3Select "Delete Account"

In the Settings sidebar, click the Delete Account tab. You will see a red section explaining that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

4Confirm deletion

Click the Delete Account button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Type DELETE (in capital letters) to confirm. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

⚠️ Warning

This will permanently delete your profile, resumes, job match data, and all other information stored in your account. This action cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your account and authentication data
  • Your profile (name, contact info, experience, education, skills, projects)
  • All generated resumes and CVs
  • Job match analyses and saved data
  • Payment and subscription records (as permitted by law)

Signed in with Facebook, Google, or GitHub?

If you signed up using a social provider (Facebook, Google, or GitHub), deleting your selfly account removes your data from our app only. It does not delete your Facebook, Google, or GitHub account. To revoke our app's access to your social account, you can manage connected apps in your provider's settings (e.g., Facebook: Settings > Apps and Websites).
